NEW LDV MAXUS VAN HELPS KEEP LONDON MOVING

A south London-based LDV dealer is celebrating after winning an order to supply a London-based transport firm with eleven new LDV MAXUS 15-seat minibuses.
LDV dealer Morgan Elliott, based in Croydon, South London, is supplying the new minibuses, which are worth £236,445 at showroom prices, to Olympic South Limited. Olympic South works with local authorities, hospitals and schools in the London area to provide transport services for their users.
LDV’s MAXUS Minibus range comes with the following as standard:
- Air conditioning and alloys
- Forward facing seats with 'all generation' lap and diagonal seatbelts
- Five year 100,000 mile warranty
- Blackened privacy glass
- CD player
- Electric windows and electric mirrors
- Steel bulkhead
- ABS and EBD
- Driver’s and passenger’s airbag and choice of 95 PS or 120 PS diesel engine
The new minibuses will be used to transport personnel, staff and users of local authority services between sites across London and were specially adapted to include driver’s protection screens and vinyl seats. Speaking of his recent purchase, Olympics South’s John Murphy said:
“We chose the LDV MAXUS minibuses as they offered excellent value for money and maximum safety and comfort for passengers, which is a prime concern for our customers. We are very pleased with the deal and hope to trade with Morgan Elliott again shortly.”
Greg Lackey, Morgan Elliott’s van sales specialist, is confident that the minibuses are perfect for the client. He explains,
“It was a pleasure dealing with Olympic South. We developed a rapport and easy working relationship that enabled us to provide them with exactly what they wanted, having the vehicles modified to their specification. The deal was concluded simply and successfully and I look forward to working with them again in the near future.”
